The green wasn't the actual VIRUS it was an NPC one because VIRUS uses it for when he is gone so he used it now. and notice how he was in his NEO. And the text was dark grey and his name was black.So that is what he modeled his NPC to be. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ And we also find that they are brothers.
