Command Book Finished

This command I made so that people can access and do commands easier. Its almost like the Magic Book but updated for version 1.11 and 1.11.2. Please know: That it doesn't spawn mobs. And it has a shortcut table of contents! Took so long to make. So i hope you enjoy! You problay don't know me but I do cmd creations somewhere else. Enjoy :)
