Makes you COMPLETELY invincible to all damage exept for /kills, /bans, and /ip bans. But overall, it makes you destroy everyone.

Don't use on friends, this arrow will not kill, far from it. The arrow simply forces the target to be stuck in one place and not be able to die to get rid of the effects.
