Operations Menu V1.7

THE ORIGINAL OPERATIONS MENU 1.7.This is a handy book menu that your world/server operators can keep with them for quick-access commands. You may use this helpful menu book in your world/server. If you'd like to use this, make sure you tweak the settings a bit to apply to the user. Replace "USER" in the commands predefined with your username. I wish there was some way I can get suggestions, but (1: It'd probably be difficult for me to look at, and (2: People don't take those things seriously anyway, so forget it.
