Operations Menu 1.6

THE ORIGINAL OPERATIONS MENU 1.6.This is a handy book menu that your world/server operators can keep with them for quick-access commands. If your a formal human being (which you may or may not be, it's your choice), you would like using this helpful menu book in your world/server. If you'd like to use this, make sure you tweak the settings a bit to apply to the user. Replace "USER" with your username. For some reason I didn't publish V1.5. Oopsie me. This one is better anyway. I wish there was some way I can get suggestions, but (1: It'd probably be difficult for me to look at, and (2: People aren't civil enough to take those things seriously, so forget it.
